- Using the Red box in the foyer on the ground floor or Grey box located insude surgery (near Toilet).
- Patient Access is also available to use.

Nominating a pharmacy
You will need to choose a pharmacy to collect your prescription from. We call this nominating a pharmacy.
You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time:
- At your GP practice
- At any pharmacy that accepts repeat prescriptions

Medication reviews
We review any regular medication on a repeat prescription annually. If possible the doctor will do this without you having to attend the surgery.

Questions about your prescription
If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please call into the surgery.
Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
