Appointments can be made by ringing the surgery from 8.00am onwards. Urgent appointments will be given priority on the same day and patients are asked to ring at 8.00am and request to be logged as an addition to either morning or afternoon surgery. Routine appointments can be booked up to six weeks in advance.
Please be aware that same day appointments can be booked for those under five years of age.
It is your responsibility to keep your appointment. If you DNA an appointment and you have more than 3 without reason or informing the practice, the surgery will remove you from the records.
As a registered patient you will have the right to an appointment regardless of how long it may have been since your last attendance. Nevertheless, the practice may, at its discretion, ask you to attend for a patient health check.
If there are no appointments available you will be advised on other options i.e. Walk-In Centres or Pharmacy First. The Walk-In Centres are based at Ancoats, Piccadilly station approach or Radcliffe Street in Oldham (near the bus station). They are not to be used for repeat prescriptions.
The practice also provides a 7 day access system service which is additional to the above and operates on Tuesday evenings, Wednesday evenings and Saturdays. For more information contact them on 0161 934 2827.
