Are You a Carer?
Do you support or care for a friend or family member who could not manage without your support? If you have caring responsibilities please let us know.
Our Carers Lead is Suzanne Mayers.
If you tell us you are a Carer we can record this on your medical records. We will be able to offer more tailored advice and, if necessary, provide more support when we diagnose and treat you in the future.
The practice has created a Carer's Pack which holds lots of support and useful information. Please ask at reception if you would like a pack. If you need any extra support please do not hesitate to ask.
We understand carers may be under additional pressure at times. There are many places you can get support.
