**REMINDER** - Tuesday 20th August, E-Consult goes live!

All appointments for the GP will now need to be made via our online booking service on the practice website  https://www.medlockmedicalpractice.co.uk/

The service will be open tomorrow from 7am to 9am Monday to Friday. Once you submit the form online, this will come straight to the surgery for triage. Thank you. Medlock Team.
